unemployed

Just a quick update to let y'all know I lost my job today. Very very long story and I'm going to have to start a new blog soon. I've not given up. I've done so much good for so many people the last few days and I'm not going to let anything take away from that.

  9. I am so very sorry to hear about the job loss, but not about losing that awful boss you had to endure. I still firmly believe there is something out there for you, and it will find you. There is just too much talent in you to not have someone step up and take advantage of it. I'll be keeping a good thought for you, and watching for your new blog locations. Best of everything to you.

  13. Sorry to hear you are in a frightening time, but I'm not sorry that you get to escape your boss! If you need a "getaway from it all" kind of weekend consider yourself invited to Baltimore. I'm praying that this will resolve quickly and you'll see the amazing plan God has for you. Keep your chin up and stay in touch if you create a new blog.

  16. Well see there girl!! The "bad boss" issue worked itself right out! Keep in mind Tina...as scary as it is to be unemployed, absolutely everything happens for a reason, whether we understand it at the moment or not. Now you've got all the freedom you need to "hit the bricks" and find a company and a new boss that deserves your indescribable talent. That's a good thing!! I'm praying that you find a dream job very soon.

Also, I have an award for you on my post tonight...come and get it! :)

  17. Well, I hate that you're not getting to go out on your own terms, but I'm sure that you're going to land on your feet, Tina. You're a very talented designer and I'm sure someone somewhere is going to recognize that fact.

    Good luck!

  20. I have always been a firm believer that "Everything Happens For A Reason". Maybe in this case, it was because you no longer needed to be treated like you were by your boss. Something else will come up, just hang in there.
