Forgotten weigh in
I forgot to weigh in yesterday. For some reason I have been having trouble keeping track of what day of the week it is. Sometimes I'm very blonde ;)
<------------ I lost this
One pound!
This is my favorite coffee ever. I know it's made here and I'm not sure you can get it anywhere else. I wish I could have some right now but I'm sure they don't have anywhere that sells it by the cup in the burbs. Even though I'm broke right now I will spend the $14 to obtain this little package of happiness.
I have coffee on the brain because I got up again this morning and did my elliptical workout. It wasn't any easier today and I feel so tired in the afternoon but I'm committed to this and I know it will get easier.

ReplyDeleteCongrats on the pound!!!
I hear you on the coffee. Good coffee makes SUCH a difference. Better taste = happiness.
Congratulations on your weight loss! I commend you for getting up in the morning and working out. I had all intentions to do that, and did for maybe two days, before extra sleep won the battle. :)
ReplyDeleteCongratulations, Tina!!!
ReplyDeleteMmmm, coffee...I could use a nice strong cup right about now.
Nice loss, sister. Not fair to mention coffee on a sleepy afternoon though.
ReplyDeleteAnd good for you for getting that early a.m. workout in. It hurts, but it's a good feeling to get it done and outta the way.
Congratulations on your loss! You're on your way again!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the weight loss! I love coffee too!
ReplyDeleteway to go on the loss!
ReplyDeletehave you tried eating a little protein after your workouts? i find that if i have a cheese stick or something protein-y, my energy perks back up.
Woo Hoo!!! Another lb gone...good for you girl! Do you know how many times I've been accused of having blonde roots??? too many. :)
ReplyDeleteI gave you the Honest Scrap award on my post tonight...enjoy it girl, you deserve it! :)
it will totally get a bit easier :)
ReplyDeleteI wont lie and say you will long to do it but NOW if I skip it my body really does feel out of whack the rest of the day and NOT that much less tired!
Miz.
YAY for the weight loss! Trust me when I say, AM workouts will become second nature -- as long as you get yourself to bed at night in time to get enough sleep. I started AM workouts 16 years ago when my daughter started high school because I had too much running around to do with her in the evenings. Now, all these years later, I say that even if I could sleep later, I'd still do my morning workout. There's just something fab-u-lous about getting it done and knowing the whole day is yours after that.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the loss! You're doing great.
